AMUSEMENTS.
KING’S THEATRE. Miss Taliaferro is scon at her best in this colourful photodrama, In the early part of the story she is shown ■ as a care-free, hoydenish fisherman’s daughter. Later, she affords a marvellous contrast in her powerful portrayal of a wronged and indignant woman. Miss Taliaferro’s wonderful versatility is put to a supreme test in this feature. The picture has that touch of melodrama that is acceptable to most picture patrons—there is a charming love element—there arc exciting situations and'a splendid climax. Altocthcr the picture ife distinctly pleasing and will appeal to any audience. The above is supported by “Snows of Many Y^ars.” comedy Australian Gazette, etc.
