GERMANY’S TROUBLES.
PRUSSIAN FRANCHISE REJECTED Received 8 45 a.m. LONDON, May 2. The London Daliy Chronicle’s Amsterdam correspondent states the Prussian Diet’s rejection of one man one vote by a huge majority caused a sensation and brings Dr.. Hertling face to face with a crisis which is bound to have serious repercussion throughout Germany. The Government subsequently announced that an immediate disssolution would not be in the interests of the State. CRISIS IN PRUSSIA LONDON, May 1.
