Section, No. 12, Block XIII, 1 rood, with cottage thereon, at present let to tenant. 2. Section 14, Block XIII, 1 rood 18 perches with cottage thereon, at. present let to tenant. 3. Section No. 13, Block XIII, 1 rood, with buildings" of creamery and bulk store rooms erected thereon. Also building of two rooms at present let to the Postal Department. Separate tenders will also be received for the plant and machinery now erected in the Creamery, consisting of 16 H.P. Boiler (Tangye), 10 H.P. Engine (Tangye), No. 1 "Daisy" Crusher and Grinder, Separators, Steam Pumps, Shafting, etc. 4. Building of Stable and Coal Shed for removal. AT HUKANUI; About 1 mile from Railway Station: Part Section 112, Block I Mangaone S.D., 1 acre, with building of cottage thereon, at present.let to tenant, and building of creamery. Also for Boiler 12 h.p. (Cable) at present in the Creamery. Separate Tenders will also be received for one 6 HP. Boiler (Luke), and one 3£ H.P. Engine (Luke), at present on the Company's property at Hamua. Tenders to be in sealed envelopes and marked "Tender," and to be addressed to the Chairman of the Company at Pahiatua, not later than noon of 9th May, 1918.
