CHINA INTEGRITY GUARANTEED, PEKIN. April 28. With a view to ending sensational Press speculation regarding the diplomatic situation, the Government has authorised the statement that the existing negotiations between China and Japan are intended solely for cooperation against the enemy. The agreement terminates when peace is declared without infringing the political and territorial integrity of China. CHINA READY TO SEND ARMY TO FRANCE. Received 10.55 a.m. WASHINGTON, April 29.
