AMERICA’S DETERMINATION LONDON, April 28. The American mission to Britain was entertained to luncheon at Whitehall. Mr. J. Wilson, spokesman of the Labour section of the mission, declared that the American Labour movement would never agree to peaceuntil Prussian militarism withdrew within its own boundaries, and then not until Germany recognised the right of the civilised nations to self-determination.
