Section No. 13, Block XIII, 1 rood, I with buildings of creamery and bulk store rooms erected thereon. Also building of two rooms at present let to the Postal Department. Separate tenders will also be received for the plant and machinery now erected in the Creamery, consisting of 16 H.P. Boiler (Tangye), 10 H.P. Engine (Tangye), No. 1 "Daisy" Crusher and Grinder, Separators, Steam Pumps, Shafting, etc. 4. Building of Stable and Coal Shed for removal.
