A meeting of Taihape/bandsman is called by the secretary, to take place in the band-room on Monday evening, at 8 o’clock. The purpose of the meeting is to arrange for the band to pay its tribute to the memory of the world-famed, gallant Anzacs, whose storming of the Gallipoli will be "remembered so long as the history of warfare continues. If bandsmen cannot fight they can at least encourage and appreciate the efforts of those who do. A large gathering is re quested.
