The Government is very considerate with those shirkers, there is a delicate handling that is not practiced in the taking of men for filling the trenches in France. The Government is issuing a caution to the money shirkers as though the very Act passed to compel all holders of riches to contribute was not sufficient caution to those duty-dodgers. The full amount, of the .loan- has not keen floated, and if thos£,.who have not yet done what they , should do in the next week, then compulsion will be used. In the meantime the Commissioner of Taxes is preparing a list of the men compulsion will affect for the use of the Minister. n '-
