OPERATIONS AT SALONIKA. TEN VILLAGES CAPTURED. GREEKS BRILLIANTLY CO-OPER-ATING. Received 9.20 a.m. LONDuN, April 18. French Eastern communique.—The Allies made a successful and extensive raid on the left bank of the Striima, between Ormanti and Lake Tahinos, and cleared out the Bulgarians from ten villages. Greek troops brilliantly co-operated alongside the British. British official from Salonika: —The Greeks crossed the Struma above Lake Tnhinos, and occupied the villages of Beglimah, Rakaraska, Salmah, and Kispeki. Our casualties were slight. The British further north occupied Kumli and. Ormanli, capturing a few Bulgarians. ,
