PROVIDING FOOD FOR BRITAIN. 'AN AFRICAN SCHEME. Received 10.35 a.m. CAPETOWN, April 15. The movement;to organise in providing food for Britain has been enthusiastically taken up at JohannSs£ burg. It will probably proceed on the lines of voluntary rationing, the money thereby saved going to provide food for shipment to England. A similar movement has been organised.
