The Ulsterites rejected nomination as regards TTlster. The Convention is spit up on the fiscal issue. The Ulsterites and Southern Unionists" insisted that full control of finance be left with the Imperial Parliament. An Ulster minority report desires the exclusion of the entire province from Home Rule.
