SENATOR STONE ILL. Received 9.35. WASHINGTON, 'April 11. Senator Stone was stricken with paralysis in the street car. His condition is serious. Six hundred towns have already over-subscribed their quotas of the Liberty Loan. SPEEDING UP AMERICAN TROOPS Received 10.20 a.m. NEW YORK. April 11. Sir J. Foster Fraser, in a speech, stated the British Admiralty had completed arrangements whereby America was now able to quadruple the number of troops hitherto sent to France. There was every indication that America would have a million and a half troops in France by Christmas.
