KING'S THEATBE. "Man and His Angel," a WorldEquitable drama of first-class merit, starring the eminent and pretty actress Jane Grey, will be found to be one of the most successful screen productions of the year. "Most emphatically Miss Grey is a success," says genuine pleasure to watch her delicate shadings of expression and her consistent characterisation in a role such as Sonia Lomitri; the high minded, who!!}' inspiring heroine of "Man and His Angel," Without reservation this picture may be classed clean and wholesome. The story is quite a probable one with an adroit plot development. The production in fact, carries a note of sincerity seldom seen, and therein lies much of its charm." Another well known critic writes: "Witn the principal characters finely acted by Jane Grey, who is always as clever as she is beautiful, and Henri Bergman, the well known Belgian actor, and a carefully prepared story of sound, sympathetic appeal. "Man and His Angel," merits very high commendation." Supporting the above is the 9th episode of "The Iron Claw," Co-operative Weekly, and two good comedies. EVERYBODY'S. The forthcoming presentation in this town of Henry W. Savage's fivepart wonder play "Eobinson Crusoe" should prove .unusually attractive to" local amusement seekers. Selecting a hero centuries old, and one that is known to millions of all nations and ages, Mr. Savage has, through (the masterly direction of George Marion, given the story a treatment that takes it out of the distinctly juvenile realm, and has made it a story for the youngas well as the old. The only deviations made from the book wer g e made, where greater strength and picturesqueness were added. Little need be said about the story, as all of us know it. Some of the scenes that have been but word pictures to us arc screened with a richness and charm that taxes one to describe.
