FOCH'S CHEERFUL COURAGE.
LONDON, April 6. The Daily Chronicle's Paris correspondent sasy: Generalissimo Foch, addressing English, French and American rorrespodents, said: The Germans advance has made practically no progress since March 29th. The waves die on the beach because they find a sufficient obstacle. The Boche is completely arrested. We will try to do better. The future is ours. We will show the measure of our success. The Germans launched a terrific attack against Corbie, in the Somme Valley, The fighting continues.
