Reuter’s Moscow correspondent says that the Bolsheviks officially state: — After a sanguinary fight loyal Soviet and Ukrainian troops, assisted by naval forces have retaken Odessa.

Allied Embassies have returned to Russia from Finland. They have issued a statement 1 affirming the necessity of the Allies defending their interests, which arc seriously compromised by tlie separate peace. They announce that they are: taking up their residence 1 a+- Voloyna because there is no central authority in Petrograd, and for other reasons. Thc German Foreign Office professes to have no knowledge of the Soviets recapture of Odessa. German newspapers report that the Black Sea, between Odessa and Constanza, is cleared of mines. Three German steamers arrived at Odessa from Turkey on Tuesday.
