THE LIBERTY WAR LOAN.
In drawing the attention of our readers to tho appeal for subscriptions to tho Liberty War Loan, we direct their attention to the fact that the time for receiving applications for bonds and certificates has been extended from Bth April to 15th April. Applications from residents of this district tend to the thought that some people who can well afford to come to the country’s help in this,time of awful stress, have somewhat forgotten the part they must play in winning tho war. It is, for the honour of the district, hoped a better showing will be made in tho coming fortnight. Applications for bonds close o 15th April.
