The next Owhango stock sale fakes place on Thursday, 4th April. Various farm, station, and sawmill hands are advertised for by Shute’s Labour Exchange. Bicknell advertises particulars of a five-roomed house and a large shed, together with a half acre section in Kuku Street on wl|ich they stand. Terms are offered. * At the Taihape Horse Fair to be held at the saleyards on Monday, Bth April, sixty horses belonging to the R. T. Batley estate will be offered. Further entries are solicited. The Fire ■Brigades have given to the Taihape Women’s Working Club the right of conducting a Tea Tent on the ground at Monday’s Demonstrations, therefore they will be glad if as many as possible will contribute towards the edibles required.
