RECRUITING TO PROCEED

The Miners' Federation officially informed Mr. Lloyd George of the result Of: the ballot. Mr. Lloyd George said that the Government, intended to proceed with the recruitment of 50,000 WASHINGTON, March 22.
The Premier, in a sraight talk to miners, said that chaos and Bolshevism would result if the Government altered their recruiting programme owing to the sectional opposition.
