Serious differences have developed between Austria and the Ukranian Rada regarding the division of territory. Austria demanded portion of the province of Volin.
It is reported .that the Caucasian governing body has broken off peace negotiations with Turkey.

The German Polish agreement which has reached Germany renounces all annexations, Polish autonomy and power to constitute its own army.
