LONDON, March 22,
The Government is making inquiries among the House of Commons members whether -a Federal Home Rule Bill for England, Scotland and Wales, and Ireland would be acceptable. The scheme is based on the Welsh Home Rule' Bill, which the Welsh party introduced some years ago.
