TROUBLE IN BELU CHI STAN. OUTRAGES BY TRIBESMEN. LONDON, March 20. The Press Bureau states. that the attitude* of the Maris tribe in Beluchistan is unsatisfactory. The tribesmen haev committed numerous outrages against telegraphs, trains, and public property. They attacked our posts at Gumbaz and Fort Munro, where they were repulsed with heavy casualties. They arc sfil defiant, and punitive measures have now been ordered. 1 DISAFFECTED RUSSIANS NOT WANTED IN SWITZERLAND. BERNE, March 20. A number of Russian troops, affected by Bolshevism, took refuge in Switzerland, where, stimulated by Swiss revolutionary Socialists, they carried on subversive propaganda, some committing crimes. The Swiss Government has now arranged for their reaptriation.

Mr. Albert Stanley, in the House of Commons, announced that no amusements would be allowed In a considerable area in England after 10.30, also dining-rooms, hotels, clubs, restaurants and boarding-houses would be closed between 10 at night and 5 in the morning. Other drastic restrictions in the use of gas, electricity and coal, would be introduced in the South of England.
BULLYING HOLLAND
THE HAGUE, March 20
It is anticipated that Germany will make a great display of indignation against Holland, but will not break diplomatic relations, because it would be against her own interests. - She will probably start a bullying campaign, exacting counter-advantages. Germany does not yet contemplate war against Holland.
