Yishkowsky, a Czech, declared it was notorious that the Bolsheviks’ proclamation was printed in Germany. Daszynski, the Polish leader, referring to the Ukraine, said the Hapsburgs had betrayed the Poles, and threatened they were destined to lose the throne.

The President of the Chambw called Daszynski to order for attacking the Crown, -

Termal, a Pole, accused Czernin of felony and perjury.
