Lord Rhondda says when general rationing is enforced on April 7th, hard, physical labourers will have an extra 50 per cent, of meat, chiefly bacon, and very bard physical labourers an additional allowance. This is possible, owing to the voluntary selfsacrifice of the people, the United States, and the rationing scheme in London, which has been a great success.

Lord Rhondda announces a maximum price of 75s per cwt. live weight for first grade cattle or an equivalent for dead weight for first grade cattle. The equivalent for dpad weight will not be lowered before June 1919.
