DIVIDED INTO FOUR SECTIONS. Received 11.40. TIENTSIN, March 11. 'A renewed crisis has arisen In China. The Military Governor of Mukdln is moving troops Taku, hoping to restore the Manchu dynasty. China is now divided into four sections; the South demanding the re-assembling of Parliament, the Middle seeking a compromise, the North desiring to fight the South, and Manchuria supporting the Monarchy.
