SPIES IN BRITAIN.
ASSIST GERMAN SUBMARINES. LONDON, March 4. Commander Nicholls, speaking at Newport, said he was prepared to say that the submarine which sank the Glenart Castle knew when the ship left Newport, He demanded that should not he allowed about I the docks, and declared, there are ; spies in every port on the Bristol Channel; no vessel left unknown to the submarines. As examining officer for the Bristol Channel, he know what he was talking about.
