THE VOICE OF HUMANITY!

GERMANY WILLING FOR A GERMAN PEACE.

AMSTERDAM. February 26

With regard to Poland, their intention to arrange an agreement be : tween Ukraine and Poland already I had a reassuring effect on Polish circles. Germany intended only to claim the rectification of her side of the frontier necessary through mihtray reasons. The world in eager expectance was now asking whether the way to a general peace had been open The Entente leaders seemed still adverse to the voice of humanity and reason, and adhered to their aims of conquest, including Alsace-Lorraine, There was no Alsace-Lorraine question in an international sense. If it existed it was purely a German question. The Entente claimed Austrian territory for Italy, while England was fighting for the separation of Palestin, and Servia and for Germany's African colonies. He referred to the intrigues to incite neutrals against Germany. There was no thought of Germany violating Swiss neutrality. The world longed for peace, but the enemy Governments wanted to continue the war to the end. It was, however, true that other voices had been heard in England, and he trusted that such utterances would be more frequent. The world stood faced with the greatest decision for all; either our 'enemies must decide to make peace, on which presumption we are prepared to enter negotiations, or continue the war, in which case we shall continue but the responsibility for the iloodshed will fall on, those who ob.inately refuse to listen to the voice humanity.
