Austrian reports state that Eoumanians at the peace negotiations arc claiming tftired Bessarabian districts lost by the Peace of B'erlin. The Hungarians are strenuously claiming that the security of their Transylvanian border must be provided for, but Baron Kuhlmann and Count Czernin, the German and Austrian Foreign Ministers, are determined that the prospects of peace with Eoumania shall not be prejudiced by outrageous Hungarian claims,
