HUGE BULGARIAN WAR CREDIT.
AMSTERDAM, Feb 27. A message from Sofia says"the Foreign Minister in the Sobranje is asking for a war credit of 1,000,000,000 francs. It is anticipated that the loan will not be borne by Bulgaria. This confirms the telegrams that Bulgaria is demanding in addition to Dobrudja big economic concessions and war indemnities.
