IRISH AFFAIRS.
FARMS RAIDED AND CATTLE DRIVEN OFF. MILITARY CALLED OUT. Received 9.55. LONDON, Feb 22. Six hundred men raided farms in East Clare, drove off cattle, overpowered a small body of police, and assaulted thre other constables. The crowd 1 scattered when the constables fired a rifle. The military were called out and the cattle were recovered.
