COMMITTEE MEETING
A meeting of the committee of the Association was held .on Wednesday, there being present: Messrs Oldham, Terry, Missen, Anderson, O'Callaghan, J. Anderson, .Hintz, and Bray. Messrs O'Callaghan, Hintz and Bray were deputed to make arrangements for the luncheon on Show Day. Mr. Missen undertook to do the droving. The matter of green was brought up and finally it was decided to procure a supply from Mr. T. Brady, of Mataroa. The Publican's Booth was allotted to Mr. Wakeman. The Sweet Stall was allotted to the Taihape Women's Working Club. The Association will erect the stall if the club provides the timber. After some discussion it was decided not to hold the smoke concert this year.
The Borough Council is to be requested not to lease the show grounds for sheep at least a week prior to the Show. Luncheon Booth. to offer the booth to Taihape Women's Working Club, and supply the tent and fix it up. The maximum charge for luncheon was fixed at 2/6, afternoon tea 1/.
Arrangements are to be made for the accammodation of cars and vehicles, at a charge of 2/6, and the ground steward was authorised to arrange a gate.
Mr. h. O'Callaghan was appointed trucking steward.

The grounds committee is to meet next Thursday.
It has been decided that the order of sale at the ram fair will be Romneys first and Lincolns last, and the supervision has been delegated to Mr Misse.n
