Outlining after the war trade organisation n the Chamber of Manufactures, Mr. Hughes said that a General Councl of Commerce and Industry would be formed ana a Minsiter or Commerce and Industry appointed. A Science and Industry Bureau would be placed on a permanent-basis and a trade representative placed in the principal overseas markets. Parliament dissolves on Thursday next, and the elections will be held on March 16th. *
