Sir, —Could you me through the columns of you valuable paper whether the Rangitikci County Council has let the Papakai Road for a grazing paddock, as it is very well stocked every night and the wandering horses constitute a very real danger to both traps and cars which have to use the road at night.—l am, etc,* RATEPAYER.
