OTTAWA, "February 5.
With the object of saving fuel, the Government hr.s ordered manufacturers, including munition works, but excepting those producing food, to close for three days next week. They have ordered the theatres to close c\ery Monday until the 25th of March. It is announced that the Government, has no intention, despite pressure, of rescinding the order prohibiting the importation of liquors.
