VANCOUVER', Feb 6

The American steamer Tuscania, has been torpedoed and one thousand troops lost. The latest announcement is that 1912 survivors from a total of 2179 on board the Tuscania were landed at widely separated points in Ireland. It is announced here that the American (transport Tuscania -,has boon torpedoed off the Irish coast. The first message reported" that 267 lives had been lost and 1912 survivors. A later advice stated the'death roll was 210, and the rest saved' A further telegram from London, says the loss of life does not exceed 100.
