The Frankfurter Zeitung indicates that a conference at Berlin is discussing peace with Ukraine. The Zeitung says its is becoming increasingly clear that. Trotsky, does not aim at peace, but a general revolution, making peace with Ukraine imperatively necessary. The Berliner Tageblatt says the Conference is also discussing the possibility of peace with Roumania.
