Lord Rhondda has agreed to indemnify against prosecution all food hoarders who surrendered their supplies between February 11th and ISth pointing out that it is beliced many will become liable to prosecution through inadvertence.

Lord Rhondda, addressing members of Parliament, expressed the view that the food situation would be at the most critical stage during the next two months, and asked members to give him all the help possible in their constituencies.
