Intending exhibitors are reminded that entries for the Taihape Showr will close with the Secretary ouiM.urday, the 16th inst., at 9 p.m. The following additional trophies have been donated: £5 5s cup for the best pen of 5 hoggets, same conditions as class 143 in the schedule, a £5 5s cup for the most points in the cattle classes, donated by Messrs Barraud and Abraham, Ltd. A £2 2s special casli prize for the most points in Shorthorns. There are straight-out wins and challenge cups to the value of £l5O to be competed for and these, are spread over the whole o* the schedule. The cash prizes are allocated on a liberal scale and should induce good competition. Send to A. M. Eyait Box 81, Taihape, for a schedule and see exactly what this Association is? offering for prizes.
