OXYGEN FOR FLYING MEN.
The successful use of oxygen for flj ing men is interesting and instructive. Some of the “stars” soar to great heights without the least distress, just a s ordinary mortals can climb towering mountains, while others must cling to lower levels. A writer explains why he chooses to pilot a big bombing ’plane rather than one of the scouts: “I know my limits exactly,” he says. “When I reach 10,500 teet I turn a little faint, and I must come down a bit.
