Admiral von Tirpitz, in a news-* paper interview, states that Germany; requires the military occupation of Belgium, also submarine bases there so as to prevent the English and Ami ericans from renewing their attacks.. The world in future would be divided between continental Europe in the one camp, and England and America ini the opposing camp. He said: "We must force England to give us what we need. We can hold out longer than England and her friends."
