RED CROSS FUNDS.
At the meeting of the local executive committee, it was decided to allocate £25 to the Italian Red Cross, It was .also announced that four ri.mdred pounds had been sent to the Wel:i r ligton centre during the last four
weeks.; %..,.... <* It w4s decided, to open the Red Cross Shop, again immediately, the ladies of the Committee being made a committee of management. Mesdames Pleasants and Fannin were elected members of the Committee.
A resolution of condolence for Mrs. McAuliffe was passed and the secretary was instructed to write and convey the same to Mrs, McAuliffe. A day at the Red Cross Shop has been offered to Utiku, Ohutu, Hhitahi, Mataroa, Ruanui, Wainui, Taoroa, and Pukeokahu.
