HAWERA, this day,

William Wills, farmer, Mokoia, died suddenly on Saturday night. Deceased, who was aged 45, always enjoyed good health, and went about his farm work on Saturday. He went to bed about nine, but later asked for a drink. His wife brought him a drink of milk as soon as possible, but returning found him breathing heavily. She got a brother to send for a doctor, but deceased expired before the dector's arrival. Doctor Sloan, of Hawera, conducted a post mortem yesterday, finding death was due to cerebral hemorrhage. An inquest was held this morning, when a verdict was returned that death was due to natural causes. Deceased, who was popul'r in the district, leaves a widow a: i four children
