GERMAN MUTINY
BEGUN BY SUBMARINE MEN.
CRUISER CREWS PARTICIPATE.
LONDON, Jan 17.
1 The Daily Express's Geneva correspondent says the mutiny was begun by the submarine crews, and subsequently spread to portions of the crews on the cruisers at Kiel. The officers were killed by their men, several of whom participated in the first mutiny. The submarine men are especially dissatisfied owing to the number of boats and comrades returning to Germany having decreased.
