Received 10 10,

NEW YORK, Jan 18

Mr Grasty, cabling to the New York Times, states: ..“I find ever-increasing evidence in Holland and Switzerland that Germany is feeling the pinch of starvation. The strict enforcement of the blockade is affecting German stocks, and it is unknown how long they will last. There will be a final desjperate fight with the Allies. The military leaders wall strike hard on the ’ Franco-British line of fronts, they will utilise all their submarines, send cruiser U-boats to America/ arid use deadlier gasses and bigger guns. Mr 'Grasty adds: But the Allies are thoroughly prepared to meet the onslaught confidently and unflinchingly.
