At this popular theatre, for to-night only, a specially long and interesting programme will be shown, the star attraction being the Mutual masterpiece, "The Innocence of Lizctte.” Miss Mary Miles Mintcr again shows her remarkable ability and charm in the latest Mutual feature, "The Innocence of Lizette ” when as a child brought up ignorant, ofthe world and its ways. —its conventions and its beliefs she shocks the household into which she has been adopted by her very childishness and almost unbelievable innocence. Miss Mintcr lifts what might be improbable in the story, into a delightful and at-the same time convincing naturalness That cannot fail to win the hearts of all. It is an odd and wholesome story of innocent childhood —sweet as a breath, of springtime —beautifully produced by James Kirkwood, and wonderfully well acted by the star and a strong company, not forgetting an exceedingly clever band of children, who help to make the picture the success it is "Tbe Innocence of Lizette" will prove an acceptable change from the run of problem and thrilling adventure pictures—being sweet, simple and artistic, at the same time having those qualities that appeal to all.

In addition there will bo shown the latest edition of the popular Austral-

ian Gazette, “Steady Company” (drama) and “The Butcher’s Nightmare” in two parts. To-morrow night that fine Triangle production “Princess in the Dark ’ ’ will be screened.

EVERYBODY’S. 'A double feature programme is billed for production at Everybody’s tomorrow (Saturday). “The Marriage of Kitty’’ is a picture version of one of Miss Marie Tempest’s greatest stage successes. la it Miss Fannie Ward does some of the best comedy work of her career. Those wao arc familiar with the plot of the story will remember the subtle comedy provided therein. The picture version provides many such opportunities with the added advantages that the action is unrestricted by a stage. The photography is excellent, there being manj beautiful exteriors, while the lighting is all that could be desired. One very good effect which forms the conclusion of the picture has been obtained in silhouette effect. Miss Fanny Ward’s frocks are always a feature in any production, and in "The Marriage of Kitty ’ ’ there is no exception to the rule. Some of her afternoon gowns—wonderful collections of lace and ribbon, with hats and parasols to match —will be the envy of all the ladies present. "Mixed Blood” an interesting "Red Feather” photoplay of the Mexican border is the other feature attraction. There |is a\so a comedy and a Gazette.
