RUSSIA AND TURKEY. DISCUSSION OF PEACE TERMS. Received 8.40. PETROGRAD, Jan. 6. The main points in the Turkish otter of peace terms to Russia are a return to the pre-war frontier lines; the conclusion of a convention respecting sea trade; consultation within two years of peace; refunding individual war losses; guarantees of Persia's entire independence; free passage during the war of Russia's ships through the Dardanelles and Bosphorus; mobilisation for national defence; removal of Russian armies, v.ithin the previous borders, except one division guarding the frontier; Russia demobilising Armenia, units of the army and Black Sea navy, Turkey retaining her activ& army in consequence of the continuance of the war against the Entente Powers. NO SEPARATE PEACE FOR JAPAN. Received 8.40. "^ MEXICO CITY, Jan. 6. Baron Otiro, Japanese Ambassador, in a speech, said if the enemy proposed a separate peace no matter howadvantageous, Japan will reject it. Japan is co-operating witTi the Allies to the fullest extent.
