BRITAIN DECLINES ENEMY PROPOSALS. . - 1 LONDON, January 4. The Government has declined the enemy, peace proposals, and suggests the transfer of negotiations to Stockholm. REICHSTAG TO DISCUSS THE TERMS. AMSTERDAM, January 3. M. Hertling agreed that the Reichstag, should discuss in secret session Herr Haase’s interpellation on the Brest Litovsk terms. FUTURE OF .GERMAN COLONIES., LONDON, January 4. A public meeting has been arranged to be held at Westminister on the 10th inst., to protest against the return of German colonies and to organise Allied opinion. .
