ROUMANIAN PARLIAMENT SUMMONED. A PRELIMINARY TO ROUMANIAN PEACE. Received 8.25. PARIS, Dec 7. M. Bratiano is summoning the Roumanian Parliament for the 15th. Le Temps states the Russians adjoining the Roumanians have succumbed to the Maximalist propaganda. There are reports that generals are deserting the troops, which are fraternising with the enemy. The moment is near when the Roumanian Government, in view of the anarchy which deprives their brave army of adequate support, will be forced to examine the grave situation, and take decisions the situation dictates. PEACE POISON IN ROUMANIA. Received 8.50 BUCHAREST, Dec 7. The Russians in Roumania are torn into the greatest want of harmony as a result of the agitation of peace mongers in the towns and vicinity of the front, which is crowded by soldiers listening to speeches by Bolshevik peace propagandists. One division of the Sixth Army has signed armistice. Another division fired upon a German general accompanied by officers attempting to discuss terms. Many soldiers are deserting and searching for better food.
ARMISTICE NOT COUNTENANCED. PARIS, December 6. The "Matin” states that the Roumanian Government snubbed the Russian general Toherbatcheff, who advocated the Roumanians participating in the armistice. It informed him that it had no authority to speak on behalf of the Roumanian troops. ALLIES CONSIDERING CONCESSIONS. PARIS, December 6. The "Matin" says the Allies Council is considering ample and immediate concessions to Roumania.
