HAPPY RESULTS. PARIS, Dec 5. M. Pichon announced that the Allied Conference had had fcappy results, particularly assuring unity of action, economically and financially, and from a military point of view. The decisions guaranteed the Allies every satisfaction. The creation of a supreme inter-Allied Naval Committee was decided upon, while unity of military action had been certainly realised by the Allied General Staff, which is working according to programme. Diplomatically, /complete agreement was reached on all matters necessary to ensure victory.
