M. Clemenceau, the French Premier, desiring to keep the control of the general forces at Paris, has appointed General Waygand supreme head of the War Council
“ALL’S WELL.”
LONDON, Dec 5.
Mr Massey writes on the 29th that the Government has such a hold on all commanding positions on the Judean hills that they are able to report “All’s Well.” The Turks wrecked and looted Latrum before retiring.
THE ADEN FIGHTING.
LONDON, Dec 5
In the House of Lords, Lord Curzon said: We are holding an arc of eleven miles from Aden. As far ,as is known, the Turks in the vicinity have no communication with Turkey. They have received no supplies or reinforcements.
