COMMITTEE’S REPORT LONDON, Dec 5. The Daily Chronicle states that Lord Balfour of Burleigh’s Post-War Trade Committee has completed its reports, which lecommend 10 per cent duty ad valorem on aiV imports, reducible by negotiation with thos# goods giving reciprocal treatment;! imports from the Dominions and In-* dia to be admitted free.
